The Jeeves Sales and Customer Service module comes with pre-defined processes, roles, menus and forms that can be easily adapted to your existing sales organisation and processes. Customers can be easily segmented into different categories for posting control, statistics, discount management and more. You can also categorise your products in any way you like - into accounts, classes or groups at product or line item level. 

Pricing and other classifications are also available for each product and item, with options for language, units, payment terms, delivery terms, delivery methods, currency clauses and more.
