Jeeves Selected brings Viking Beds of Sweden to the cutting edge

“For us, being on the cutting edge of new technology and modern design goes without saying. Variation management is especially important, since it keeps track of everything from bed width to fabrics and legs. Jeeves Selected provides us with flexible variation management and ensures better coordination between our production units, making production more efficient. This is particular important in our case, since the manufacturing process begins straight after the customer has ordered a bed,” says Magnus Söderberg, President of Viking Beds of Sweden.

The bed manufacturer, based in Småland County, has two production units—one in Landsbro and one in Berga, and they have previously used two different ERP systems. By switching to Jeeves Selected, both production units will use the same business system, which is expected to ensure greater efficiency and coordination in production work.

Jeeves Selected is aimed at smaller companies whose ambition it is to grow and develop their business.

“Jeeves Selected suits us perfectly, since we need a flexible, user-friendly ERP system that allows for continued growth,” says Söderberg.

The deal consists of a group license for Jeeves Selected and covers aspects such as orders, production, purchasing, variation management, accounting and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). A total of 17 users will have access to the system, and implementation will begin during fall.

Viking Beds of Sweden has sales of just over SEK 70 million and employs 36 people. Its headquarters are in Landsbro, Småland County. Furniture company association Svenska möbelhandlare nominated Viking Beds of Sweden as the best brand of bed on the market, three years in a row. Viking Beds of Sweden was founded in 2002.
