Meat Specialist Ingemar Johansson Chooses Jeeves

Ingemar Johansson is one of Sweden’s major privately owned producers of processed meat. Their production plant has received the highest level quality accreditation—for safe packaging, distribution, and storage—possible under the BRC Global Standard from EFSIS, one of the world’s foremost inspection bodies for food processing. When their existing ERP system was no longer under development, the company faced a change.

“We looked at a range of alternative systems. The reason we went for Jeeves was that we get a flexible solution that can be adapted to our specific operations. We saw that we could improve and boost the efficiency of our accounting functions at the same time as we streamline our order, invoicing, and inventory management,” said Lena Sundberg, Coordinator/HR Manager at Ingemar Johansson AB. Jeeves’ partner, Ninetech, will implement the system during spring 2011.

The transaction was recognized in the accounts for fourth quarter 2010.
