Jeeves Takes Over Channel Development in Germany

admin February 2008

Jeeves started the Master Partner operations in Germany last year and has reached the conclusion that it is in the best interest for both parties to terminate the co-operation. Jeeves’ assessment right now is that the partner network will develop faster under it's own auspices by taking over the relevant German staff.

Jeeves’ sales and implementation outside Sweden is run by a global partner network that today includes around 70 partners worldwide. Jeeves has had representation in Germany since 1998 and a co-operation agreement was signed with the current partner during 2005.

"Our assessment is that the settlement will not affect us financially during the next six months, neither regarding income nor revenues. We have a considerable experience of partner co-operation and the liquidation of the German co-operation has been handled well," said Bengt-Åke Älgevik, CEO at Jeeves.
