Our acquisition of IMDA is part of our strategy to augment our offering to customers in the fashion, sports, shoe and textile industries,” said Jeeves CEO Bengt-Åke Älgevik.Pisa will continue to be sold as a standalone product, but it will be integrated into Jeeves' technical architecture as well.“For IMDA, this transaction means that we are becoming part of a larger organization with the additional capabilities and resources to support our customers throughout the entire flow from design/sketch to finished product,” said IMDA CEO Ingela Cronholm-Edgren.The acquisition will be completed on July 1 2011.
