Jeeves Releases New Graphical Interface: Jeeves Insight

admin September 2011

”In a new approach to development, we’ve involved end users throughout the entire development process. The result is a new graphical user interface – Jeeves Insight. Now customers can work wherever and whenever they like, from several different platforms, doing their jobs just as well on the patio at home as at the office,” said Jeeves product manager Magnus Sjökvist.

As more and more of a company’s employees use the ERP system, usability has become increasingly important.

“It’s extremely important for ERP systems to be easy to use and quickly adaptable to the customer’s business," said Sjökvist. "Jeeves ERP has had one of the most flexible user interfaces on the market for a long time. Jeeves Insight increases accessibility, and we’ve taken a big step forward in user friendliness.”

During the development process end users were able to continually test both the client’s user experience and user friendliness, and to suggest improvements. The results include clear navigation and a clean design.

“Our goal was to create a client that further improves users’ efficiency based on their own wishes. We at Jeeves, our partners and our users feel we’ve succeeded,” said Sjökvist.

Jeeves Insight does not require installation or downloads – all you need is an Internet connection.

Jeeves is launching its Jeeves Insight product on September 13-14 at the Jeeves World customer event.
