Jeeves Appoints New CEO of Norwegian Subsidiary

Torulf Nilsson is Swedish, but has over 20 years of experience of the Norwegian ERP
market where he has been involved in the introduction of several ERP systems. He
leaves a position in the Norwegian management team of Lawson as responsible for
Solution Consulting in Norway and Finland.

"Torulf Nilsson will ensure a successful development of our Norwegian subsidiary.
His deep knowledge and experience of selling complex ERP systems and his ability
to understand customer needs will become key assets to Jeeves," said Bengt-Åke
Älgevik, CEO of Jeeves.

Jeeves acquired LogIT Gruppen in June, 2008. LogIT Gruppen owns, develops and
sells ERP systems aimed at small- to medium-sized Norwegian businesses. The deal
was an important part of Jeeves’ growth strategy and strengthens its position in
