Bengt-Åke Älgevik Named New CEO of Jeeves

"For a number of years, including 2006, Jeeves has grown with good profitability under the leadership of Nicolas Ehrling. We have successfully grown from being a small player to becoming Europe's fastest-growing ERP system. Now that we are entering the next development phase, with increased globalization and market focus, we need a new leader. With Bengt-Åke Älgevik as CEO, Jeeves gains a force with the perfect profile to lead the company," said Olle Ödman, Chairman of the Board for Jeeves Information Systems.

Bengt-Åke Älgevik is well versed in Jeeves operations and its resellers. He has been active in Jeeves as Board Member since 1995 and is also a large shareholder in the company. As Chairman of the Board for Jeeves France he successfully ran an important key project for the Group.

"Jeeves is an innovative product development company in the ERP system sector and is a market leader in Sweden with a strong partner network. We now have a stable platform with a well-proven concept to grow abroad in coming years. For many years, I have been active internationally in many different companies. I now look forward to leading Jeeves to new successes," said Bengt-Åke Älgevik.

Jeeves' current CEO, Nicolas Ehrling, will leave his position when Bengt-Åke Älgevik takes power on January 15. At the same time, Bengt-Åke Älgevik will vacate his seat on the board of Jeeves Information Systems.

According to the agreement between Jeeves and Nicolas Ehrling, he will receive twelve months of salary, of which three are for termination and nine are severance pay.
