Jeeves Information Systems AB Changes Focus to Direct Sales in Sweden
STOCKHOLM, February 2, 2015—After concluding its annual partner channel analysis, Jeeves Information Systems AB (Jeeves), a provider of midmarket ERP software solutions, today announced a decision to not renew partner agreements with all companies authorized to sell, service and support the Jeeves ERP software solution in Sweden.
“Based on the success of Jeeves’ existing direct channel, we have made a business decision to serve the Swedish market directly,” said Daniel Göhlin, general manager of Jeeves. “We saw this decision as necessary for the long-term success of the Jeeves ERP ecosystem, including our company, our product and service offerings and, ultimately, our global user base.”
Göhlin said that the official termination date varies from partner to partner, but that all agreements will be terminated by the end of 2015. “Our partners are still well-equipped to support their existing customers, and see projects through,” he said. “It is our hope that this advanced notice provides both partners and their customers additional time to determine the best path forward.”
Göhlin added that Jeeves will continue to rely on its network of partners outside of Sweden to provide a local presence for Jeeves ERP customers with international implementations.
